I fell in love with the process of cooking as I was completing my Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Strength and Conditioning at the University of Louisville.
Over the past several years of working in the health and fitness industry I have trained clients ranging from professional athletes to those passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. The importance of proper nutrition is vital for everyone, whether you’re a business executive, someone providing meals for their family or an elite athlete.
No matter who you are, nutrition starts in the kitchen! All of my recipes are easy to follow, quick to make and include high quality, nutrient dense ingredients to help you feel your best. You can have a delicious dinner on the table in 30 minutes or less even without past cooking experience. Food is such a powerful tool in caring for your body and preventing illness.
My goal is to empower and elevate your nutritional knowledge so you are more educated on what you’re putting in your body.
