Steak Kabobs are one of my absolute favorite meals! I am very blessed to live in sunny Arizona where it is grilling weather year-round. I love pouring a nice glass of Pinot Noir, grilling and enjoying a beautiful desert evening. These Kabobs are the perfect recipe to do just that!

Ingredient Notes:
Sirloin tips: I love using sirloin for kabobs and it’s even better when the store has sirloin tips, they’re pre-cut! Purchasing a few sirloin steaks and cutting them yourself works well, too.
Bell peppers: I like using different colors cause not only do they make the kabobs look pretty but they also have slightly different flavors.
Red onion: I prefer red over other colors of onions for kabobs because they are a bit less harsh.

Marinating the Steak and Veggies:
Marinating these in advance make the kabobs so much more flavorful. Try to let them sit for at least an hour in the fridge, but ideally I would leave them in there over night if you can! I absolutely love the marinade in this recipe. The steak spice, worcestershire and garlic provide great spice and flavor. The brown sugar and honey make slightly sweet and the dijon mustard makes it creamy. It’s just so yummy!

Soaking the Kabob Skewers:
If you are using wooden skewers, make sure you soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before using them so they don’t catch fire when put on the grill.

Grilling the Kabobs:
I like both my kabobs and steak medium rare, so I cook them for about 8 minutes on medium heat. If you prefer them more well done, cook them for up to 12 minutes.
