Homemade Brie Bacon Burger has lean ground beef, melted brie cheese and crispy bacon. Topped with a Mike’s Hot Honey drizzle, they are ready in under 30 minutes and make the perfect dinner.

Ingredient Notes and Health Benefits:
Lean Ground Beef: I buy this organic lean ground beef from Trader Joe’s. It has no antibiotics, no added hormones and is 100% grass fed. Lean ground beef is a fantastic source of protein.
Panko Bread Crumbs: Made from crustless bread, these bread crumbs are drier and flakier than others. They help hold the burgers together.
Eggs: A great source of lean protein, they also help hold the burgers together.
Worcestershire Sauce: A savoury and slightly spicy sauce, it adds so much flavor to this recipe.
Montreal Steak Spice: The perfect blend of spices for homemade burgers, it gives the patties so much flavor and a little spice.
Sriracha Garlic BBQ Sauce: From Trader Joe’s (I know you aren’t surprised) this BBQ sauce is one of my favorites. Lots of flavor and a little spice.
Mike’s Hot Honey: Sweet and a little spicy, this is one of my new favorite condiments. You can get it on their website by clicking here.
