Honey Balsamic Glazed Salmon is perfectly crispy on the outside, perfectly flaky on the inside and covered in a sweet and tangy glaze. It takes less than 10 minutes to make and is the perfect weeknight dinner.

Ingredient Notes and Health Benefits:
Salmon: An amazing source of lean protein and omega 3 fatty acids, salmon is one of my favorite foods. I buy fresh salmon from either Chula Seafood.
Ground Flaxseed: High in fiber, lignans and omega-3 fats, flaxseed has powerful antioxidant properties which may help prevent cancer. It’s so healthy and helps to thicken the glaze.
Fresh Garlic: High in vitamin C, B6 and manganese, fresh garlic adds so much flavor to the homemade teriyaki sauce.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Rich in healthy fats and antioxidants.
